Your Daily Rhythm

Each day begins with a quiet moment on your porch, sipping warm lime water as nature awakens around you. A morning yoga session and nourishing breakfast follow, setting a grounded and intentional tone for the day.

From there, your day might include:

We had different dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner and they were all delicious. Not only that, Johanne shared all the meals with me and we had warm and nice conversations each day. Johanne prepared thoroughly each yoga class and I learned different things in each one. I enjoyed also the relaxation and meditation in each class. The best reward for the physical effort of the class.

 

The bungalow is very spacious and confortable. I enjoyed so much spending time there in the hammock, reading, writing my journal or just listening the nature or watching the birds and butterflies.

 

The property, a private protected area, is very nice. I could walk around and spend time with Johanne’s horses.

 

The cherry of the pie is the private laguna. I couldn’t believe I had it for myself only. There is nothing more luxurious I have experienced in my life.
